OPTIMAL HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
We are in this together

Is a visit to Sierra Hot Springs right for you?

The answer is YES if you are willing to respect the following…

  • In accordance with current CDPH guidelines, face coverings are now optional in indoor areas. Please choose the option that is most comfortable for you.
  • Practice social distancing from other guest groups and staff.
  • Stay home or inform Reception and depart immediately upon experiencing illness, COVID-19 symptoms, or exposure to COVID-19 within the 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Practice good hygiene, washing/sanitizing hands frequently especially after activity in common use areas.
  • Each pool will have a maximum capacity posted.
Please be respectful of the posted capacity maximums and kindly share the space with all other guests. In our first phase we are extending the courtesy of self-regulation for pool capacities. With your cooperation we expect to continue this practice indefinitely.

Sierra Hot Springs requires all guests to respect the protocols our management deems necessary to maintain the health and safety of all guests and staff members.

Honoring and respecting the Sacredness of this Land and these Waters includes actively adhering to these rules and regulations.  Failure to exhibit integrity by acting in any dismissive manner towards our rules, regulations, and protocols will result in the immediate termination of your stay and may impact your future ability to return to the property.

As may be expected, there are distinct shifts to our business to ensure optimal health for both you, as our guests, and our staff. And we deeply appreciate your participation and understanding in all matters regarding these changes.
